Terms and Conditions
Information about using Bumpcube’s business messaging and voice services.
1. Parties and scope
These terms are between Bumpcube Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202229369W), 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07, Suntec Tower 1, Singapore 038987 (“Bumpcube”), and the business customer accepting them. The person accepting must have authority to bind that business. Services are business communications services expressly agreed in an order or service agreement. An enquiry or interest registration does not activate service or create a paid commitment.
2. Contract documents
The signed service agreement or order specifies the service, rates, destinations, payment arrangements, term and any service levels. A signed agreement takes priority over these terms to the extent of a conflict; a service-specific order takes priority for that service. An applicable data processing agreement governs processing of customer personal data. Material commercial commitments should be expressly accepted, rather than inferred from website browsing.
3. Accounts and permitted use
Customers must provide accurate information, protect credentials, restrict access to authorized users and promptly report suspected compromise. Bumpcube grants access to the agreed service for the contract term. Resale or use on behalf of another business is permitted only where expressly agreed; approval for one customer account does not authorize unrelated businesses or undisclosed downstream resellers.
4. Messaging responsibilities
Customers must have authority to use sender identities and recipient data, provide required notices, obtain required permissions, honor opt-outs and comply with applicable laws and channel rules. Prohibited activity includes unsolicited or deceptive messaging, impersonation, fraud, phishing, harassment, malicious code and attempts to bypass access or traffic controls. Customers must not share passwords, API secrets or live OTPs through general support enquiries. Recipient eligibility, local restrictions and provider rules may limit a service.
5. Channel and third-party services
SMS and voice delivery depend on networks and recipient availability. Telegram OTP requires eligible recipients and the required permission to contact them on Telegram. Automatic channel fallback is included only if expressly agreed. WhatsApp is currently in development and is not available merely because this website describes it. If enabled, customer authorization, Meta approvals, template review and applicable provider terms are required. Bumpcube cannot promise template approval, universal delivery or immunity from platform restrictions.
6. Charges and billing
Services are prepaid unless a signed order expressly provides postpaid terms. The order specifies rates, currency, chargeable events, taxes, minimum commitments and approved third-party charges. It must explain treatment of failed delivery and provider refunds; submission, delivery and successful verification must not be treated as interchangeable billing events. Credit validity, rate-change notice and any minimum spend must be clearly disclosed in the accepted order. For agreed postpaid arrangements, payment deadlines and billing-dispute procedures are set out in the order. Customers should pay undisputed amounts while a genuine dispute is investigated.
7. Prepayments, refunds and late payment
Prepaid-credit expiry, unused-credit treatment, refunds, payment-processing charges and any late-payment interest must be expressly stated in the accepted order, subject to applicable law. No expiry period, blanket non-refund rule or late-interest rate is imposed solely by this page. Where the contract provides for a provider refund, Bumpcube will apply it according to that contract.
8. Availability and changes
Any uptime commitment, support response or service credit must be expressly stated in the order. Maintenance, upstream failures, recipient conditions and platform enforcement can affect service. Bumpcube will communicate planned material changes and disruptions where reasonably practicable. Except as expressly agreed or required by law, uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
9. Data and confidentiality
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other, use it only for the agreed relationship, and disclose it only to personnel or providers who need it and are bound by appropriate obligations. This does not cover information lawfully public, already known, independently developed or lawfully received without restriction. Required legal disclosures are permitted, with notice where lawful. Confidentiality obligations continue while the information remains confidential. Customers retain rights in their data and content and grant Bumpcube only the rights needed to deliver, support and secure the agreed service. Personal data is handled under the applicable agreement and Privacy Notice. Additional processing terms and service schedules apply where agreed.
10. Intellectual property
Bumpcube and its licensors retain rights in their software, documentation and branding. Customers retain their own materials. Neither party may imply endorsement or use the other’s logo in marketing without permission. Use restrictions must not prevent integrations or resale expressly authorized by the contract.
11. Suspension and termination
Bumpcube may restrict affected service where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, channel enforcement or payment default, with notice and an opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Serious or urgent risks may require immediate action. For a material breach capable of remedy, the other party may terminate if the breach remains unremedied 30 calendar days after written notice. Either party may end an ordinary ongoing service on 30 calendar days’ written notice, unless the accepted order sets a fixed term or different commitment. Charges during suspension and early termination depend on the accepted order and justified commitments incurred; they are not automatically all payable regardless of cause. On termination, address outstanding undisputed charges, agreed migration/export assistance, credential revocation and data retention/deletion.
12. Liability and claims
Liability limits, service credits and any indemnities are governed by the applicable signed service agreement. Nothing on this website excludes or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact us to discuss the contractual terms applicable to your service.
13. Governing law and general terms
Singapore law governs these terms, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable law. Parties should first try in good faith to resolve disputes through their nominated contacts. A provision found unenforceable will be limited or severed as appropriate without invalidating the remainder. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Changes to an existing contract follow its agreed change process; publication alone does not retroactively change accepted orders.
14. Contact and contract terms
Use our Contact form for questions about these terms or your service agreement. The effective version and acceptance requirements for a customer contract are specified in the applicable agreement. An update to this website does not retrospectively amend an existing contract.
