Authentication, connected

Focus on the outcome.
Coordinate the journey.

Bring your application requirements and delivery strategy into one verification workflow.

One integration

Connect your application through one verification API, with integration support from our team.

Channel-aware delivery

Define which channels are permitted for your use case, then account for recipient eligibility and required permissions.

Purposeful fallback

Agree channel order, timeouts and retry limits. Fallback must preserve the verification requirements of your application.

Measure completed verifications

Evaluate verification completion, delivery time and total cost, including retries and fallback attempts.

A focused enterprise pilot

Start with one use case.
Learn before you scale.

Choose an account registration or access workflow, a defined audience and clear success criteria.

Agree the requirements

Define what you need to verify, permitted channels, destinations and customer permissions. Different methods provide different assurance; channel choice must fit the use case.

Validate the integration

Confirm request handling, code expiry, retry limits, fallback behavior and reporting against the agreed pilot scope.

Review the results

Assess cost per completed verification alongside completion rate and latency. Savings and delivery performance depend on your actual traffic and channel mix.

Frequently asked questions

Before your pilot.

Is Bump Verify available?

Bump Verify is ready for a pilot. Contact us to agree scope, enabled channels, documentation, testing and commercial terms.

Which channels can I use?

Contact us to confirm supported channels and destinations for your pilot. Bumpcube offers SMS, Voice OTP, Telegram OTP and Zalo OTP as individual services. WhatsApp is coming soon.

Does one integration mean one network?

No. The API is designed to separate your application’s verification workflow from the network used for an agreed delivery attempt. Supported channels and routing rules depend on your pilot configuration.

Does delivery mean the customer is verified?

No. Delivery status and successful verification are separate outcomes. Your pilot must define how code validation and completion are recorded.

Will it always choose the cheapest channel?

Channel choice must satisfy your authentication requirements and recipient eligibility. Compare total cost per completed verification rather than the price of one message.
