Data Deletion Instructions
How to request deletion, what information to include and what happens next.
1. Submit a request
Use our Contact form and select “Data deletion request”. Provide your name, the contact email or account reference associated with the service, and a description of the data or account concerned. If your contact email differs from the account email, explain your connection to the account. Do not submit passwords, API keys, live verification codes or identity documents. If you cannot use the form, write to Bumpcube Pte. Ltd., 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07, Suntec Tower 1, Singapore 038987, marked “Data Protection”.
2. Identify the relevant business
If another business sent you a message through Bumpcube, contact that sender first for its customer or messaging records. Bumpcube may process those records under its instructions and will coordinate requests as appropriate. If you are an authorized administrator requesting deletion for a company, tell us which account and assets are involved; another person’s records will not be disclosed or deleted solely because someone requests it.
3. What happens next
We will review your request, reasonably verify identity and authority, clarify its scope and identify retention requirements. We target acknowledgement within 30 business days of receiving a deletion request and completion within 60 calendar days of receipt. Business days mean Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. If additional time is needed, we will explain the reason and expected completion date; if information must be retained, we will explain the relevant categories and justification, subject to lawful restrictions. These are service targets, not automatic extensions of shorter legal, regulatory, contractual or platform deadlines. Access, correction and consent-withdrawal requests follow their applicable requirements rather than these deletion targets.
4. Data covered
Depending on what is actually held and the applicable customer instructions, requests may cover enquiries, account profiles, connected-account information, recipient information, templates, message content, delivery records and stored integration credentials. Deleting accounts or credentials may interrupt service; material consequences will be explained before action.
5. Disconnecting messaging accounts
Where an integration provides account-access controls, an authorized administrator can revoke Bumpcube’s access through the relevant platform. Removing access does not automatically erase records already held. Contact us to request deletion of eligible records or assistance disconnecting a service. Disconnecting Bumpcube does not itself delete your business portfolio, messaging account or phone number.
6. Retained records and backups
Certain records may need to be retained for billing, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or other justified requirements. We restrict their use to the purpose justifying retention and remove them when that purpose no longer applies. Eligible data may remain in protected backups until the applicable backup cycle expires. We will explain material retention exceptions when responding to your request, subject to lawful restrictions.
7. Other providers and recipients
Where appropriate, we will pass deletion instructions to providers processing on our behalf. We cannot promise to remove copies already received by message recipients, data controlled independently by Telegram, Meta or other providers, or records outside our control. Separate requests to the relevant provider or sending business may be needed.
8. Confirmation and questions
We will confirm the outcome after processing, including any categories retained and the reason, subject to lawful restrictions. For follow-up, use the protected Contact form, choose “Data deletion request”, and refer to your earlier submission. Our acknowledgement target is 30 business days and completion target is 60 calendar days from receipt, subject to any shorter applicable requirement. See our Privacy Notice for access, correction and consent withdrawal.
